Trading with either electricity or gas comes with their own issues i.e. electric ovens require a considerable amount of power to run them and this can mean that you need to carry a significant generator, whereas Gas ovens are notoriously heavy and when you combine the needs to carry Gas Canisters this rules out lightweight single axle trailers (and as such the possibility to tow them with a medium sized car). Based on this the core of this Pod is a Top Quality Wood fired oven.
If you would prefer a different oven to the Alfa Pizza model detailed here, or would like to modify any part of the package (inc graphics), please just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

· 2 x Iceking RL111AP2 92ltr fridges
· Stainless Steel Fridge Cap (making the space above the fridges a fully workable work surface)
· Restructuring of the Pod Roof to Fit the Flue
· Table running under main window, stengthened to hold Pizza Oven
· Twin sinks with manual pump tap
· Simple Graphics Package including serving hatch, lower front panel & hatch sign
