Built around a 9-flavour display freezer
A single axle 3m Caterpod holding full European Community Whole Vehicle Type Approval (ECWVTA), including:
- Tefcold IC400SCE scoop ice cream display freezer with curved glass canopy, holding 9 Napoli-size tubs
- Stainless steel counters either side of the display freezer, plus the complete rear counter
- Mirror-finish stainless steel decorative front and food-safe internal liner
- 16amp power supply with 2 double sockets
- Sprayed to a colour of your choice (non-metallic paints)
- Hot & cold running water: Truma Therme 5 litre water heater (just 300 watts), Flojet pump and Whale chrome mixer tap
- Front-of-house graphics: serving hatch, lower front panel, interior back wall and serving hatch sign, with full design support

Tefcold IC400SCE + canopy
Curved glass canopy, sloping tub display, lockable sliding lids, fan-assisted condenser and storage under the tubs. Takes 9 plastic Napoli tubs, so no stainless steel pans needed.
Framec Italy Mirabella
A 7-scoop ice cream display: a step up from the standard Tefcold freezer.
Blue Ice soft serve machine
Add soft-serve ice cream with a Blue Ice machine fitted in the pod.
Vestfrost SZ362CSTS chest freezer
362 litre storage with a stainless steel lid, fast-freeze section, 2 baskets, internal light, lockable handle and external thermometer.
Polar display fridge
88 litre undercounter glass-door fridge for drinks, cakes and desserts, 1°C to 12°C.
Truma Therme water heater
Hot & cold running water to satisfy health & safety requirements. The 5 litre heater is rated at just 300 watts, so it needs minimal power.
